Security Incident Notification
On Thursday, August 14th, our security team detected and immediately stopped unauthorized access to a limited portion of our infrastructure. The attack was identified and closed within minutes, with no ongoing risk or possibility of reattack through the same method.
What happened: The attacker had access for less than one minute to a database containing only public, non-sensitive information. This database does not contain your personal data, but it may include some corporate email addresses and encrypted password data.
What we've done immediately: We have reset all user passwords and authentication keys as a precautionary measure. Additionally, we've conducted a comprehensive review and strengthened all firewall rules and access policies.
What you need to do:
- Create a new password when you log in next (you'll be prompted automatically)
- Use a password you haven't used with our service before
- If you use the same password elsewhere, we recommend updating those accounts as well
Your data remains secure. While your encrypted password may have been accessed, it cannot be decoded. We are taking every precaution to ensure your continued security and maintain the trust you've placed in us. We will notify you immediately if we discover any additional relevant information.
